Year in Review

So I was going to include this in my Project 52 entry, but it's good enough to be it's own and I realized that I haven't written about my year as a whole.

So let's just review this year real fast, with some pictures of course:

January: Lauren went back to BYUI-do, I went to my intentioned last youth temple trip.

February: Got accepted to BYUH :D and I got my car Zachary! I miss him so much!

March: Had a FREAKING BLAST during our Spring Break Addition, road trip to Corpus

April: Was in my Last show for Theatre, Went to my first concert [Owl City!] and I got to enjoy being a Senior during TAKS week. Also my last youth conference.

May: Went to prom, do I need to say I felt and looked absolutely beautiful that day?! And I celebrated my 18th birthday! Also, started my last year of swim team with Town West Tidal

Waves. And my actual last youth temple trip. Oh and graduated from Seminary (:

June: Graduated from dreadful Kempner High School [FINALLY!] also got laid off from Sweet

and Sassy's, which was sad, but that's okay, I had fun working there (: Then I started working for Nutty Guys, got all the free candy I wanted! Sweet deal! [Pun intended :D]

Jan-June: I dated Troy McIntire, which overall I learned a lot, and he's a good guy. Have fun on your mission Troy. Share the gospel with those cool kids in Honduras (:

July: Took Ryan and Clair out for their FIRST date! It was also my "first" date with David (:

Watched a dear friend get baptized! Last meet with TWST. Attended my Second Concert [Secondhand Serenade!] Lauren came home and we reunited!

August: Hung out with my friends A LOT this month and got to be with my WHOLE family this month (: Devin and Karina moved home to Texas! And Ryan received his Eagle!

September: Hung out a lot with David before he left for his mishh on the 3rd, also hung out with Lauren before she left for Disney World! Then I made my way to BYUH, and had an awesome first month of culture shock and being away from home.

October: First holiday away from home. HAUNTED PLANTATION with Nikki Gilbert and Josh Jensen, whoa.

November: Hiked Stairway to Heaven, Harry Potter 7, Laie Temple Re-dedication- Which was absolutely amazing just saying, and Thanksgiving away from home- made me realize how thankful I was for my family.

December: Ended my first semester at BYUH and headed back home to a lovely 2 1/2 week break with my friends and family.

2010 has had it's ups and downs, but thankfully it's now over. Time to start anew, and do better things. See things differently, take chances, make mistakes, be open to opportunities and get my head [and my heart] on straight.
